As part of your registration process for a training course, you will be required to provide certain information about yourself and/or your organization. In doing this, you agree to:

Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the relevant registration form or inquiry. A background check may be conducted to confirm suitability.

2. Booking a training course

Training courses can be booked on the Peak Performance Consulting LLC website or via a form available through email.

When you register for a course, your submission represents an offer to PPC to enroll you into the course you selected. Upon submission of the training course form, you will receive an automated summary or email confirming your selection.

PPC will accept your registration by reserving you a place on the class roster and will send you an email confirming that you have been booked.

3. Prices, discounts and sales taxes

Notice of new pricing will be given in advance, but PPC reserves the right to change prices listed on its website without notice.

Discounts (off the course fee) or modified fees may be available for customized courses and groups with prior approval. The discount or modified fees applies to PPC courses only. The discount/ modified fees are not available in conjunction with any other offer and places are subject to availability.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted.  A receipt will be sent to you by email confirming payment. PPC will receive the information needed to verify and authorize your payment card and to process your order and is under strict legal and contractual obligations not to disclose this information to third parties.

Please note that if you do not provide accurate details (including type of card and number) or if your credit card company does not authorize payment, your registration will be deemed null and void. Sales taxes are charged at the applicable rate depending on the course and/or customer.
